Our Greensboro office brings together clinicians, care coordinators, and administrative leadership in a true multidisciplinary team, working side by side to ensure every member receives timely, personalized support.
What You'll Do
Welcome & Support Members
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services
- Create a warm, respectful, and reassuring environment from the moment someone walks in
- Answer calls and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Guide members through intake and connect them to the right staff
Keep the Office Running Like Clockwork
- Manage and coordinate calendars for providers and staff
- Schedule appointments, handle changes, and send confirmations/reminders
Own the Administrative Details
- Handle filing, data entry, and document management with accuracy
- Maintain records and safeguard confidential/protected information
- Track office supplies and manage ordering
- Support compliance and documentation workflows
Be a True Team Player
- Collaborate daily with clinicians, care coordinators, and leadership
- Help bridge communication across departments
- Bring professionalism and positive energy to a mission-driven team
What You Bring
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of administrative, medical office, or healthcare support experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Polished, professional communication and customer service skills
- A track record of handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
A Plus If You Have
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or electronic health records (EHR)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong Google Workspace skills (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
