Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, Standard business hours (specific schedule to be determined)
What's a typical day as Front Desk Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative duties
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Responding to general inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Supporting various departments with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Possess previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience (preferred)
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel at organization and multitasking
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Are physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
