Front Desk / Administrative Professional
Location: Newark, OH (On-site)
Salary: $37,440 – $41,600 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk / Administrative Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is essential to daily office operations, providing administrative support while delivering a welcoming and professional experience to visitors, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed
Assist with basic correspondence, reports, and internal communications
Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks
Ensure the front desk and common areas remain organized and presentable
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
