What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
• Complete patient intake and maintain accurate records
• Collect co-pays and assist with billing-related tasks
• Verify insurance information and authorizations
• Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team
• Educate patients about additional wellness programs
• Help keep daily clinic operations organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For

• Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning and using technology
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A positive team player who creates a great patient experience
