Front Desk Administrator 

Part-time, hourly $17/ hour
Evening and or Weekend Shifts Available

WHAT YOU WILL DO: The part-time front desk administrator is primarily responsible for all front desk operations at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre on weekends and weeknights as scheduled. Essential duties include:

 

  • Process payments for daily classes and student accounts using MindBody and Square
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate staff
  • Provide front-line customer service during evenings and weekends to students, families, donors, vendors, and staff
  • Coordinate with daytime school office staff, maintain shift logs, and communicate any issues or concerns
  • Perform data entry and assist with mailings as needed
  • Support clients with the online registration process
  • Uphold and enforce school policies and procedures during evening and weekend shifts
