Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the 3pm-11pm evening shift. This role is the face of the hotel and plays a key part in delivering an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining brand and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in a professional and welcoming manner • Accurately process check-outs, payments, authorizations, and incidentals • Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally • Maintain accurate guest accounts using the property management system (PMS) • Balance cash drawer and complete shift paperwork as required • Communicate clearly with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and night audit • Enforce hotel policies and brand standards respectfully • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area • Ensure a smooth transition and handoff to the night audit team

Requirements

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills are also required. Basic computer and cash-handling skills are necessary. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
