Front Desk Agent (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richburg
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist with daily reports and shift paperwork as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
