Front Desk Agent – All Shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)

Location: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall South, Abilene, TX

Position Overview:

We are seeking Front Desk Agents for Morning, Evening, and Night shifts. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and able to handle guest needs efficiently. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.

Shift & Pay Rates:

Morning Shift: $14 – $15.00/hr

Evening Shift: $14.50 – $15.50/hr

Night Shift: $14.75 – $15.75/hr

Pay is based on experience and shift. Attendance and performance are considered in pay progression.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.

Answer phones, handle reservations, and provide accurate information.

Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.

Address guest issues promptly and professionally.

Perform daily front desk operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible availability for assigned shifts.
