Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems-friend user Hotel Key
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working at front desk at property (REQUIRED) or strong Customer service experience
IT background would be welcome as well
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Hotel Key)
Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
