Full-Time | Primarily Evening Shifts


Join our Torch Bearer Award winning team at Holiday Inn Express Bensenville! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping guests and wants to grow in the hospitality industry.


IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus, but strong customer-service experience is also valued.


What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide a smooth check-in/check-out experience
• Handle reservations, phone calls, payments, and guest requests
• Assist guests with our Park, Sleep & Fly packages
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate front desk records and daily operations
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
• Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred OR strong customer-service experience
• IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Available for evening shifts and some weekends/holidays

Candidates with an IT/technology background are also welcome to apply.
