Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent (Guest Services Representative), you are the first point of contact for guests. You’ll handle check‐ins, check‐outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining IHG brand standards and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check‐in/check‐out
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and organization
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to support daily operations
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards
• Handle IHG systems, reports, and procedures accurately
• Actively enroll eligible guests into the IHG One Rewards program; meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals (incentive‐eligible)
• Provide exceptional service that reflects the Holiday Inn Express brand

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided)
• Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
