Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our Club Members. The Front Desk Agent will greet and assist guests with check-in processes, help direct guests to various amenities throughout the club, answer all incoming call, and forward messages/ issues to appropriate departments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping/ fitness/ and aquatic staff, answering guest inquiries, and providing all members with hospitality. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience. A background in restaurant industry is a plus; server/ host.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and relay daily activities
• Take reservations and answer questions via phone and in-person
• Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
• Describe the features and amenities of the club
• Ensure hospitality standards are being met for each interaction 

Qualifications 

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficient in English
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability required
