As a Front Desk Agent, you will help create a dependable and welcoming environment by following established service routines that ensure every guest interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, steady service by following established guest-interaction practices designed to create a warm and reliable welcome
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel's standard methods to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Apply all cash-handling and accounting procedures exactly as outlined, including credit, and documentation steps
- Maintain thorough working knowledge of hotel staff roles, services, hours of operation, room locations, rates, amenities, and local surroundings to support smooth daily operations
- Help maintain the lobby and entrance areas, following routine cleaning and organization practices
- Protect guest and hotel information by adhering to confidentiality and security procedures
- Respond to guest concerns using established service guidelines to ensure issues are handled calmly and consistently
- Support additional tasks that contribute to the steady flow of front-desk operations
