This role serves as a primary point of contact for guests, handling front desk operations while providing personalized concierge services including recommendations, reservations, and special requests. Front Desk DutiesGreet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrivalPerform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficientlyHandle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiriesResolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable stayCommunicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and managementOperate hotel systems including PMS, POS, and all other required hotel platforms, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts, billing, and reservationsConcierge DutiesProvide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractionsArrange reservations, transportation, and special servicesAssist with guest requests and special arrangementsMaintain knowledge of local area and eventsCoordinate with vendors and service providers Experience & Education: Previous hospitality, front desk, or guest service experience preferredFamiliarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and related hospitality platforms preferred; ability to learn new systems requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureAbility to stand for extended periods and lift luggage as neededFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to push, pull, and lift luggage and other guest itemsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently
