**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent to join our team. This dual-role position is critical in maintaining smooth operations during the overnight hours while providing exemplary service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform end-of-day financial audits to ensure accurate and thorough recording of transactions.
- Reconcile and balance accounts, generate financial reports, and make necessary corrections to accounts as needed.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor hotel security and address any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and service standards.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining up-to-date hotel records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless daily operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer applications.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
