    Role Description The Front Desk Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Coral Gables, FL. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting guests and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing check-in and check-out processes in a professional and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, responding to inquiries in person and via phone or email, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. The Front Desk Agent also maintains a tidy and organized reception area, processes payments and documentation accurately, and follows company procedures for safety, confidentiality, and issue resolution. This position requires a customer-focused mindset and consistent, reliable presence at the front desk.

    • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

    • Proficient in receptionist duties and reservations management, including check-in/check-out procedures and basic administrative tasks.

    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with clear, courteous, and concise verbal and written interaction.
    • \n
    • Ability to use reservation or property management systems, basic office software, and standard front desk equipment.
    • \n
    • High level of reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • \n
    • Ability to work on-site in Coral Gables, FL, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • \n
    • Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
    • \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality or business is a plus.
