Position Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You'll provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
  • Answer phone calls and provide hotel information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate guest records using hotel property management systems
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with PEP property management system is a plus
