Position Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You'll provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Answer phone calls and provide hotel information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records using hotel property management systems
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with PEP property management system is a plus
