Front desk Agent/ Dual Property

About the Role:
JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our dual-property team! This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of two dynamic hotel properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment visitors arrive. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out guests across dual hotel properties with professionalism and warmth
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS)
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service recovery
• Process payments, post charges, and balance cash drawers accurately at end of shift
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively between both properties to ensure seamless operations and coverage
• Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell room upgrades when appropriate

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dual-property or high-volume environment
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
