Front Desk Agent
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a part time Front Desk Agent to join our team! We are looking for someone with a keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring to enhance our customer experience. If you enjoy engaging with others and a high sense of responsibility this role is perfect for you!
Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- We are 24hrs 7days a week operation. Must have the ability to have flexible scheduling due to business demands.
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
- On the job training along with computer training
- Perform front desk duties such as guest check ins and check outs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic computer functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays
- Strong ability to multitask and work along at night
- 1 year customer service experience
