Fairfield Inn & Suites Norfolk Airport is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented
Evening Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts using hotel management software.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and cash-handling procedures.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of Marriott systems and procedures is advantageous.
