Hotel Management, Record Keeping, Transmit/Receive Modules
Under the general direction of the Front Desk Supervisor and/or Hotel Manager, accommodate guests by:
- Registering and assigning rooms to guests
- Issuing room keys
- Transmitting and receiving messages
- Maintaining records of occupied rooms and guest accounts
- Confirming reservations
- Presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests
Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
