• Be the face of our hotel, offering a warm welcome to each guest and ensuring their stay starts perfectly.
• Handle daily guest interactions with a cheerful attitude, whether it's in person or over the phone.
• Solve problems with a can-do spirit, ensuring guests' needs are met with efficiency and ease.
• Manage reservations, process check-ins and check-outs, and confidently handle financial transactions.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable using technology and different software suites. This active position requires you to be on your feet, assisting guests and managing various tasks efficiently. Occasional lifting or moving items up to 20 pounds may also be needed.
