What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a part-time or full-time Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in and registering guests, the Front Desk Agent serves as a knowledgeable resource for information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform daily front desk procedures, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.

  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the reservation system and front desk procedures.

  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Process guest payments according to established procedures and policies, including proper cash handling and credit card authorizations.

  • Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments to support special requests, late check-outs, maintenance needs, and guest concerns.

  • Assist with pre-registration and room blocking of reservations; prepare for group arrivals and departures.

  • Provides the highest level of service to guests at all times.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Experience with OPERA hotel reservation software preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Compensation:

$27.50
