Join our hotel team and help create a welcoming experience for every guest from check-in to check-out. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with a positive attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions
- Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints or emergencies
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
