Join our hotel team and help create a welcoming experience for every guest from check-in to check-out. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist hotel guests with a positive attitude
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints or emergencies 

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
