We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to manage reception operations and provide administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while helping maintain efficient daily office operations.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with filing, data entry, and office documentation
Support internal departments with administrative tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor
Organized and dependable
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Previous front desk or receptionist experience is a plus but not required
