Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking part-time Front Desk Agents to service their Millersburg, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting 
• Must have flexible availability 
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic

Schedule:

• Part time
• 3 days/week

Our Front Desk Agent will:

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties
• Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
