Front Desk Agent

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first impression our guests have of the hotel and play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable stay.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and completing check-ins and check-outs
• Answering phones and assisting with reservations
• Responding to guest questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Completing end-of-shift checklists to set the next team up for success

• AM or PM shifts available

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly, professional, and attentive attitude
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment
