Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, assisting guests, balancing daily financial transactions, and preparing end-of-day reports to ensure smooth hotel operations.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests 
  •  Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally 
  •  Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes 
  •  Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports 
  •  Run nightly audit procedures and prepare accounting summaries 
  •  Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly 
  •  Maintain security and safety procedures during overnight hours 
  •  Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized 
  •  Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed 
  •  Prepare reports for management and morning staff 
Qualifications


  •  High school diploma or equivalent required 
  •  Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred 
  •  Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus 
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  •  Basic math and computer skills 
  •  Ability to work independently overnight 
  •  Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  •  Reliable attendance and punctuality required 
Preferred Skills


  •  Experience with Hilton systems such as PEP
  •  Cash handling and accounting experience 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Professional appearance and demeanor
