About the Role:
Aim Hotels Group Edison LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Front Desk Agent – Night Audit to join our team in South Brunswick Township, NJ! This is a great opportunity to take ownership of front desk morning, evening and overnight operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and play a vital role in keeping our hotel running smoothly around the clock.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out guests with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management software (PMS)
• Monitor and secure the hotel lobby and front desk area during overnight hours
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight guest needs
• Post room charges, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial summaries for management review
• Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing daily financial transactions and generating end-of-day reports

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting/math skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Availability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
