Job Summary
Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, handle front desk operations, and ensure a smooth overnight hotel experience for our guests.
Hotel experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Handle guest requests, concerns, and inquiries promptly
Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
Perform basic accounting and night audit tasks during overnight shifts
Prepare daily reports and balance transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Communicate effectively with management and other team members
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Customer service experience is required
Hotel experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Computer literate and comfortable learning hotel software systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Evening, overnight, weekends, and holiday availability preferred
