Then we’ve got some good news: Pax Hotel Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the award-winning Equus Inn in Ocala!
This isn’t just a front desk gig — it’s a first impression. You'll be the face of the Equus Inn, greeting travelers from all over and setting the tone for their stay. The position is laid-back, but the impact you’ll have? Huge.
We prefer candidates with previous customer service experience, but it’s your professionalism, attitude, and communication skills that will really make you shine.
Shift: Swing Shift – Mostly 3PM to 11PM and some 11PM to 7AM
Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out
Handling guest registrations, room assignments, and special requests
Resolving concerns and ensuring every guest feels heard and valued
Providing info about the hotel, amenities, local spots, and more
Supporting team members and contributing to a smooth front desk operation
