Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage billing procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reservation and front desk software is an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

This position requires standing for extended periods and may involve working in a fast-paced environment. The Guest Service Agent will interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and must maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
