Front Desk Concierge (Overnight)
Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Concierge to support a luxury residential community. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, professional lobby presence while managing front desk operations during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure and attentive lobby presence throughout the shift
- Monitor building access, verify guests, and enforce all entry protocols
- Conduct routine property checks in accordance with site procedures
- Answer and route phone calls, assist residents with overnight requests
- Manage packages, deliveries, and key control as applicable
- Document incidents, unusual activity, and complete accurate shift reports
- Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Escalate emergencies or issues to management or appropriate authorities
Qualifications
- Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or security experience preferred
- Strong judgment and ability to remain alert and engaged overnight
- Professional communication and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling extended quiet periods without loss of focus
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property systems
Requirements
- Must be available for overnight shifts
- Must be able to stay awake, alert, and responsive throughout the shift
- Must pass a background check
