Pacific City is off the beaten path on a relatively undiscovered stretch of the majestic Oregon Coast. A day in the life....

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa. You will create memorable first and lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, deliver personalized service, provide local insight, and helping create the ''Headlands experience'' for all who walk through our doors.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teammates

• Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus

Requirements

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A love of hospitality, problem-solving, and creating unforgettable moments
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
