Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and policies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems
