Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide exceptional customer service. This individual will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, make reservations, and assist with any inquiries or requests.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Support housekeeping operations during busy periods

- Monitor supplies and report inventory needs

- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met

- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently

- Answer guest messages and inquiries

- Make reservations and update guest information in the system

- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously

- Assist with other duties as needed to ensure a smooth operation of the front desk.
