We’re hiring Front Desk Agents to be the face of the hotel. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties—you’ll help shape the guest experience from arrival to departure.
Ideal for hospitality students or anyone looking to grow in hotels, events, or guest services.
Greet and check in/check out guests
Manage reservations and guest requests
Provide local recommendations and concierge-style service
Support hotel events and guest activities
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Work closely with housekeeping and restaurant teams
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (weekends & holidays required)
