Join Our Team!The Holiday Inn Express in York, Nebraska is looking for a reliable, friendly, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Must be available for nights and weekends
• Pay: $16–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
• Work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
