Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is adaptable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and welcome visitors (offer hospitality such as coffee when appropriate)
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Call clients/customers to confirm appointments
  • Provide general administrative and front-desk support
  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Experience in life insurance industry is a plus (not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, presentable, and energetic demeanor
  • Adaptable and a strong team player
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
