StretchLab is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to offer our clients premium service. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Position : Frontdesk / Sales Team

Must have : Sales experience is required for this position !!


Responsibilities:
> Meet and greet every prospects and member and make sure that you are the 1st contact for them

> Make calls to each lead added in our Clubready System and encourage and schedule their session in studio

> Co-ordinate with every prospect and work with the Flexologist / Stretch Service staff  to sale membership


> Build and retain current membership through follow up and daily outreach to bring them in studio for their sessions


> Manage client care and inspire wellness changes through delivering amazing communication to our members.

> Handle member concerns when applicable and document every issue in CRM system and documents being maintained for the same. Escalate to studio manager, when required to handle critical and difficult tasks.


> Be part of workshops and pop-up events which will be planned by the Studio Manager


> Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention. Create videos and take photos of member achievements and testimonials


> Daily cleaning and maintenance of the studio in order to ensure we have a clean and welcoming space


Requirements:


Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility

Front desk, fitness, serving, or administrative experience is an advantage


Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people


Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy


Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals


Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies


Job Types: Part-time


Salary: $16- 18 per hour (Opportunity to make more with sales commissions)
