Full-time Front Desk Assistant - Exeter

At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescences, adults and their families in the Eastern half of Rockingham County.

The Front Desk Assistant answers and monitors all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greets all clients and visitors to the Center; receives client payments; schedules client appointments in the centralized scheduling system, rearranges appointments as necessary; makes appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; updates client demographics and insurance information.Responsible for evening closing procedures. Provides back up for all other office duties. Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the Center.
