This is a temporary, fully onsite Receptionist/Administrative role in Houston (ASAP start through July 24) supporting a fast-paced financial services office, where you'll serve as the first point of contact and manage front desk, conference logistics, and administrative tasks. The company values efficiency, precision, and professionalism in all its operations.DescriptionKey Responsibilities* Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience * Manage visitor coordination, including notifying internal teams, maintaining logs, and escorting guests as needed * Oversee conference room scheduling and logistics, including bookings, setup, and ensuring spaces are organized and client-ready * Coordinate with vendors and catering partners to support meetings and events * Act as a liaison with internal teams including security, IT, facilities, and mail services to ensure smooth office operations * Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks * Assist with travel and expense coordination using SAP Concur * Manage mail, packages, and deliveries, including coordinating messenger services* Support office operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized workspace * Provide backup support to the broader administrative team as needed in a fast-paced environmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
