Your Impact

• Deliver a refined, modern, and thoughtfully curated guest experience aligned with AC Marriott’s philosophy of purposeful service

• Create seamless, efficient, and elevated arrival and departure experiences

• Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, personalized service

• Serve as a key point of contact while maintaining a polished and professional presence

Your Responsibilities

Guest Experience and Front Desk Operations

• Process check-ins and check-outs including verifying identification, securing payment, and issuing room keys

• Maintain accurate guest accounts and reservations

• Provide clear, concise information about the hotel and local area

• Anticipate guest needs and follow through on requests

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually aligned front desk area

Financial Responsibilities

• Process all payment types accurately

• Balance and reconcile transactions and reports

Collaboration and Communication

• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to support guest needs

• Communicate professionally with guests and team members

Service Recovery

• Address guest concerns with urgency and professionalism

• Escalate issues when appropriate

Standards and Compliance

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Uphold AC Marriott brand presentation and service expectations

Your Skills/Experience

• 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred

• Experience in a fast paced service environment required

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with property management systems preferred

• Basic computer and POS proficiency

Core Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and remain composed

• Problem solving ability

Brand Alignment

• Ability to deliver a refined, European inspired guest experience

• Maintains a polished and professional demeanor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
