We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable individual to join our team! The Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Clarion, PA is hiring a part-time Guest Service Agent to work the front desk and be the face of our award-winning hotel. The Front Desk shifts required are mainly 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and some 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Job Summary:
Oversees the operation of the hotel Front Desk and helps ensure the satisfaction of all guests staying in the hotel. This includes sales and customer service functions related to guest registration, reservations, and revenue collections, in a manner that will ensure that guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service.
Skills and Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
Must be dependable and have a reliable form of transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be friendly and outgoing.
Ability to work and multi-task independently and as a team.
Computer skills and attention to detail are a must.
Must obtain monthly goal of new members for our Wyndham Rewards Program.
Experience is preferred but not required.
