Pickleball Kingdom Tinton Falls is looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
Welcome members and guests with a positive attitude
Check players in and assist with court reservations
Answer phone calls and respond to member questions
Help new members understand club programs and memberships
Support leagues, clinics, and club events
Keep the front desk organized and ensure a great member experience
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, dependable, and professional
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness is a plus
