Position Overview
The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to members requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Enthusiastically greet each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for the time of day to create a friendly, positive entrance and departure to and from the gym.
Personally check each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures. Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures. Provide new guests with a tour of the gym and help answer questions about current membership options. Assist guests with purchasing a new membership. Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner and use proper phone greeting techniques. Process retail and concession sales. Clean and maintain the front desk area.
