We're looking for a stellar part-time Front Desk Associate (FDA) to join our established and high-performing team at Myo West Hollywood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.

We're looking for candidates available to work:

• 2 to 3 shifts
• Must have weekend availability and some evenings
• Start date would be Sept 14th

FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered. What You''ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication
• Guide new clients through Myo's services with clear, confident messaging
• Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
• Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
• Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions

• 1+ year in customer service or hospitality

$20.50 - $22.50 an hour
