Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
