Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors promptly and courteously. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally. Manage scheduling and appointment bookings as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
