Paradise Lakes Resort is currently seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk/Night Auditor team. We are a clothing-optional resort, and all employees are required to wear uniforms while working.


Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Reliability is a must.

Job Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle reservations, billing, and guest requests professionally
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems courteously and efficiently
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and balance financial transactions accurately
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor resort security procedures including CCTV surveillance and safety checks
  • Control property access and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Prepare detailed shift reports including occupancy, financial activity, incidents, and operational updates
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication during all shifts
Qualifications


  • Must be 21 years old and older
  • Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality, resort operations, or front desk service preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and guest service standards
  • Ability to work day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
